These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by AI Process Automation Inc (“AI Process Automation”, “we”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide AI inbound and outbound call handling, appointment scheduling, reminders, and integrations with supported practice management systems. Features may evolve and are described on our website or in your order form.

You retain all rights to data you provide or that is collected on your behalf (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5. Integrations & Third Parties

Integrations require permissions and may be subject to the third party’s terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid access and scopes. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.

7. Fees & Payment

Fees, billing period, and payment terms are stated in your order form or invoice. Late amounts may accrue charges or service suspension per the order terms.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms apply for the subscription term in your order. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. Upon termination, you may request data export for a limited time.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide the services “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of or related to these Terms.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Process Automation Inc from and against claims arising from your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the “Last updated” date below.
